  • 2 oranges
  • ½ lemon

Instructions:

Make a freshly squeezed juice from the lemons and the oranges and chill for several hours. Add some ice cubes, stir in the honey and consume it once a day.

Nettle Peppermint Tea

  • Lemon and honey to taste

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh peppermint or 1 tsp of dried peppermint

The preparation of this recipe is very simple. You only have to place the peppermint and the nettle in a mug and then cover it with boiling water. Let it stay for 15 minutes, strain it and afterwards add the lemon and the taste to taste. Consume the drink two times a day.
