 Exercise number one:

First you need to lie down and then place your hands under your butt. It will be best to do this exercises on a fitness mattress. Then lift the upper back and straighten your legs and crisscross them one over another.

Exercise number two:

Lie down on the mattress, and then shift the right foot on the left knee, then slowly raise your back and start bringing your left elbow and the right knee together. After that switch your elbows and legs and repeat.

Exercise number three:

Lie down on the fitness mattress and put your hands behind your head. Then bend your knees and start to lift your upper back.

Just lie on your mattress and start raising your upper back. You should keep the legs straight. Then start with lifting your legs up and then down.

Exercise number five:

Bend your knees as soon as you lie down on your fitness mattress. Then put the arms on each side and start with raising your head and back. Touch the feet with your fingers : right hand – right leg & left hand – left leg.
