The Victoria’s Secret angel, Adriana Lima, may have the best body in the world. No matter where she goes, her beautiful curves attract views and objectives. So that’s why everybody wants to know her secret.
Adriana Lima isn’t maintaining her gorgeous line with a strict and rigorous diet. Lima is a devotee of diet with control portions, for e.g. she eats anything, but in smaller quantities. Adriana isn’t a person who gives up from her favorite food (chocolate, cookies and meat ), but limits the consumption .
Her morning breakfast is bigger and as the day passes she reduces her meals. According to her, you’ll sleep the best if you don’t eat to much and heavy meals before you go to bed.
A typical day of Adriana
Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal porridge with raisins or yogurt with muesli with honey, coffee and milk.
Lunch: 1 serving of meat (chicken, red meat or fish) with vegetables.
Snack: raw vegetables like carrot or cucumber. She is a big fan of chocolate, so she never misses to satisfy her need for something sweet with a a spoonful of honey or few cubes of chocolate.
Dinner: small salad serving.

Adriana Lima does exercises so she can always be in a top form. Lima favorite activity is the Capoeira(brazilian military skill) , which presents combination of dance,music , aerobics and special choreography that imitates fight. She also loves doing cardio exercises. She also likes boxing which many find something very interesting about her.
Because she often travels, whenever she doesn’t have time for physical activity, Adriana runs on trail for about thirty minutes, so she can stay in a top form.
