Ingredients : fresh blueberries, one bigger banana, a glass of thick yogurt with low-fat, low-fat milk 65 oz, 4-6 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon honey
How to prepare it:
One cup of 150 grams blueberry contains only 84 calories
First you should wash the berries and put them in a blender, then add the banana cut into pieces, then the yogurt and the milk, the spoon with honey and at the end the ice cubes. Mix it all very well, up to the desired density (minute or two).
It is served cold!
Tip: you can also do this recipe when you have in the fridge sliced fruit (bananas, kiwi, apples), so in order to prevent the fruits from drying freely put them in the blender and mix them with yogurt or sour milk, add strawberries or blueberries and your breakfast is ready . It’s a great breakfast for the whole family, from the young ones to the old ones, and if you want you can add a few nuts at the end when the drink is ready.
