  • 4 bulbs of garlic, cut into pieces
  • Fresh ginger (3 or 4 cm), sliced
  • 4 whole lemons, cut into pieces
  • 8 cups of water

Put the lemon, the ginger and the garlic into a blender and mix them until they become smooth. Put the mixture in a stove top pot, pour the water and bring it to boil. Stir it now and then. When it boils, remove it from the heat and let it cool. Filter it and put it into a container and then in the fridge. You need to drink 1 cup every day two hours before eating at the minimum. Do this for three weeks, then pause for one week and redo the whole process from the beginning.
