Eggs diet is based on food low in carbohydrates without increasing saturated fat. Eggs are an excellent source of protein and other nutrients. They contain essential amino acids and are also an important source of vitamins B2, B12, D, E, folate, and iron.

The digestive system is able to produce enough sugar for your body and burn fat when you consume foods that are high in protein and low in carbohydrates. The body has no choice but to turn body fat into glucose. The main idea is that it is not important the amount of consumed, but the amount of carbohydrates.

This diet is known as diet with eggs, citrus, bananas and sausages or diet with eggs, cucumbers, oranges and yogurt because these are the main products for this diet. Bread and bakery are strictly prohibited. This diet could be kept by people from all ages and you don’t need to consume additional vitamins.
