In order for your cholesterol level to be normal, it should be between 4,60 and 6,20 mmol/l. This remarkable syrup will eliminate all the problems caused by the fats in your blood.
- lemons – 2.2 pounds
- 5 stalks of parsley
- baking soda – 16 oz
- 0.8 gallons of water
Method of Preparation:
First, put a bag of baking soda in a pot with a warm water. Then, using a cold water wash the lemons, and after that put them in the pot with the warm water, the same pot in which you’ve previously placed the bag of baking soda. Leave the lemons to soak for one hour. Meanwhile, chop the stalks of parsley in smaller pieces and chop the lemon rind the same way as the parsley, on smaller pieces.
Transfer the parsley and the lemons into a new pot with water. Then, put the pot on low heat and then cook it for two to three hours. When the mixture is done, strain it. In the end, put the resulting syrup, you should get approximately 1.5 liters of it, in a glass bottle.
You should consume one small glass/cup of this syrup on an empty stomach early in the morning. Do this for two weeks straight.
