Rules of the diet
During the diet, it’s best to eat in smaller plates. This is much simpler than counting calories. However, the smaller plate doesn’t mean that you should fill it with lots of food. Eat every day at the same time, five meals a day, even if you’re not hungry. This way you’ll maintain normal levels of blood glucose and avoid the hunger.
Each meal should be prepared with half of the plate filled with vegetables: salad,peppers , cucumbers, cauliflower,tomatoes , chicory, broccoli or radishes. Vegetables can be prepared crude or steam. 30% of your plate should be filled with food rich in carbs : integral or rye bread, brown rice, wholegrain pasta or barley. The remaining 20% are for protein: dairy products with low fat, meat, salami, eggs or fish. Snacks – twice a day: integral biscuit and tea.
Daily you should drink at least 1.5 liters. Water: Drink water between meals, even if you are not thirsty. Try to drink pure mineral water. If you want you can add to the water a little honey or lemon juice. Instead of water you can also drink unsweetened fruit teas.
Eat fruit in the morning: Throughout the morning eat fruits like apples, strawberries or mincers and avoid bananas and grapes. They will quickly burn calories and purify the body.
Eat vegetable soups: Start your dinner with a bowl of soup from fresh vegetables and add spices like sage or parsley.
Avoid salt that contain a lot of sodium which retains water in the body and makes it difficult to melt the extra pounds.
Breakfast: salad with different vegetables and two slices rye bread
Dinner: slice of bread(graham) with a tablespoon of cottage cheese, two leaf lettuce, tomato and half pepper.
