Joints are connecting our bones together and making it much possible for us to move the limbs and the other parts of the body, the cartilage which prevents the bones from rubbing together overcome for a numerous reasons. This is causing us joint pain, that can be annoying at least and debilitating at most.

Lemons are very high in Vitamin C, about 31 percent of the daily recommended value. Vitamin C is very necessary for significant protein formation in the body, which makes tendons, blood vessels and ligaments.
Lemon rind recipe for joint pain
Do this each night before bed. By the next day, you will notice the difference.
- 4 lemons
- Olive oil
- Also, you will need:
- A jar
- Woolen shawl
- Plastic bag
Place the lemon rind in the jar and put the olive oil into it till it’s filled till the top. Close your jar and leave it for 2 weeks. When the remedy is ready, you can put a clean gauze and put it on the affected joint. Put plastic bag over the gauze and the woolen shawl above the bag.
You can consume the lemon peels, too!
