Preparation in 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

● ½ cup of parsley leaves

● 4 leaves kale (remove the middle hard part)

● 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 banana, cut into peaces

● 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds

All the mentioned ingredients are put in a blender or juicer and add 2 liters of water. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. If the mixture looks too thick, add a little more water.
