Walk at least half hour a day
Walking is also one of the most productive segments of fitness and a magic cure for the heart, circulation and muscle tone.
Walking doesn’t damage the knees and ankles. Women, because of some hormonal changes, have ligaments that are elastic, meaning they are more exposed to damage. Women often have weak muscles, so damage happens very often. But with walking that danger is minimal, where unlike running, foot rests on the ground and is more stable and safer.
Tip: To move at least half an hour every day is enough. But when the weather is bad, if it’s cold or raining, then it is better to stay at home, because at such time the heart is under more effort and suffering. Daily walking will make you fit and healthy and you’ll burn fat and have healthy heart. Also walking is great for losing weight.
