This is the best diet for reducing fat in our stomach and to get a flat belly as we always wanted. It’s a fact that is impossible to lose excess fat from the abdomen without reduction of the total body fat.

Extensive research has shown that the best thing for rapid reduction of abdominal fat and getting a flat belly is a combination of balanced food and specific exercises.

Sample Menu:

Breakfast : a cup of muesli with milk
Snack : dried almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts 50 gr.
Lunch: For lunch you can eat as much meat as you want : fish, chicken without skin, beef, lamb, and pork steak  without fat. Avoid processed meat.

You can have integral or rye bread too. You can prepare the meat in any way, but you should avoid frying the food .

Snack : water melon, apple, pear, peach, a handful of strawberries, raspberries, bananas and fudge.
Dinner : vegetable  soup without pasta, sardines or tuna drained in oil, slice whole-grain bread. Or: vegetable soup without noodles, cup of yogurt, a piece of whole-grain bread or vegetable soup without pasta, two hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes.
Due to the monotonous of the diet you should exercise and drink vitamin – mineral tablets .

-Have dinner at least three hours before you go to bed.

-Do not eat sweets.

-Do not drink beer, soft drinks and sugary fruit juices.

-Do not eat white bread.
