  • 125g horseradish
  • 3 fresh lemons
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Mix the horseradish, and then add the washed lemon with the rind. To this mixture add the honey and mix it again.

Keep the mix in the jar in the refrigerator. Consume 1 teaspoon 2 times a day with meals.
