You have to plan the meals where you should especially have to pay attention to the main meal to have 400 calories and 100 calories your snack.
You have to choose food that accelerates the metabolism and the burning of calories. Chilli peppers, citrus, dairy products with low fat, lean meats, fish, chicken, turkey, nuts, soybeans, pears, dried fruit, green tea, etc..
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day. Water really helps to lose weight. According to study that was at Humboldt University in Berlin, only 40 minutes after you drink a glass of water, the burning of calories in the body increases up to 30%. So, if you do not get enough water your metabolism will slow down.
Exercise is a key factor for the success of the diet, because it helps to burn calories and speed up the metabolism. You do not have to do some vigorous exercises, it’s enough to walk and workout just ten minutes a day.
You can take a break from the diet during the weekend and enjoy your favorite food. At the weekend your goal is to maintain the weight that you have achieved during the week. You don’t have to overeat, you only have to consume food when you’re hungry. You can eat pizza for dinner, if you’re really hungry. Many people grab the food not because they’re hungry, but because of emotional needs.
During the weekend you should have 3 main meals and 2 snacks. You should also consider the quantity of the portions where you have to keep to normal, do not exaggerate. Eat the food you really want to eat, but carefully – if you eat a burger, eat a burger, but combine it with salad, not a big serving of French fries, bread and mayonnaise!
If you like sausages, it doesn’t automatically mean that you have to combine with fried eggs, but you can have a piece of whole-grain bread and salad. Do not intake unnecessary calories such as salad dressings, ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar, sodium, etc…
Fruits and vegetables should be your first choice. You can spend the free time during the weekend doing activities that will help you in weight loss plan. You can have a nature walk with you family, friends, partner. You can also go on swimming, cycling, swimming or dancing in a disco!
It would be perfect to spend only 30 minutes doing some activity each day of the weekend to keep the weight, no matter what you eat those days.
