200g cooked beetroot cut into pieces. For dressing , mix one tablespoon of olive oil with 1/2 tablespoon mustard , 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and a little sugar. Cut the apple into thin slices and mix it with beets. You should add a tablespoon of sliced red onion​​. Pour the dressing salad on it  and enjoy in the meal.
