The 26-year-old blogger and teacher Sophie King, became an Internet sensation after she announced the diet that helped her to lose 55 pounds in 100 days.
Before she started the diet, she weighed 194 pounds, and when her weight caused her few health problems, she made out a diet plan for weight loss.
The interesting thing is that there is nothing revolutionary in it, just that the diet plan excludes all pills and supplements, and it’s main focus is on balanced nutrition and meals.
She published her diet diary just recently in her blog, that attracted over ten thousand followers.
After 100 days, she took her clothes off and made photographs in order to show the results.
Sophie broke her ankle and stopped playing sports when she was just 17 years old. After that she started to get fat and when she went to college she lived an unhealthy life. And at that moment she decided to change her life for better.
She just wanted to share her experience with all the other people who struggle with excess weight and help them by telling her experience during those 100 days. Today she looks amazing, she feels great and most importantly she lives a healthier life.
