Double chocolate cake

Ingredients:

-½ cup butter
-1 and 1/3 cup dark chocolate
-2 eggs
-1 cup sugar
-1 spoon vanilla extract
-½ cup flour
-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
-1 cup chopped walnuts

You will get 24 cookies according to the recipe, where you will need 25 minutes for preparation and a half hour for baking.

Instructions:

Place paper baking in pan and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the butter and ¾ of the dark chocolate and leave them to cool down.

Beat 2 eggs, add the sugar to them and when you get a frothy mixture add the vanilla extract and the cold mixture of chocolate and butter.

Pour the cocoa, flour, nuts and remaining piece of chocolate in the mixture and stir it up with a spoon. Put a little butter in the pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 30 minutes.

Cool down the cake and cut into 24 cubes where you can be top them with cream and seasonal fruit. Fold them as mini sweet sandwiches.
