Irresistible combination of creamy structure, delicious chocolate and cinnamon fragrance, will leave you breathless. Do not hesitate and make the most delicious chocolate cake now.
- 4 eggs
- 225 gr. sugar
- 100 g. flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts
- 5 teaspoons cocoa
- 7 tablespoons grated chocolate
- 50 gr. butter
- 8 sheets of gelatin
- 200 ml. milk
- 50 gr. chocolate
- 150 ml. chocolate yogurt
- 800 ml. sour cream
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Scramble the eggs, half a tablespoon of cinnamon, four tablespoons of water and 175 gr. sugar. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve through the cream, add ground hazelnuts, cocoa and a spoon of grated chocolate.
Add the butter and knead. Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 26 inches, previously put the baking paper. Bake about 30 minutes, remove it, remove the paper and let stay to cool down.
Cut the dough twice horizontally. Fix the lower crust with a ring. Melt the gelatin. Heat the milk with ½ tablespoon of cinnamon and 50g. sugar, but do not boil. Melt the chocolate in that mixture. Pour the gelatin, stir and cool it down just a little bit. Pour the chocolate yogurt in the lukewarm mixture. Take 600 ml. of sour cream and amalgamate it with the mixture.
Smear the bottom crust with 1/3 of the cream, then cover with the other, after that smear again with 1/3 of the cream, put the third crust and finally smear with the rest of the cream.
Let stay the cake for 4 hours to cool down. Remove the ring. Mix the whipping cream, add a little cinnamon and a tablespoon of cocoa and 200ml.sour cream, so smear the cake around with that mixture and sprinkle with two tablespoons of the grated chocolate.
If you want, you can garnish the cake with more grated chocolate, crushed hazelnuts and chocolate whipping cream.
