The Brazilian diet is one of the most popular diets that promise fast weight loss of even 15 pounds in just 2 weeks!
There are two variants of this diet, fast and normal and here we present you the normal variant because the fast is very poor in nutrients and can negatively affect your health, so it’s not recommended.
The normal version of the Brazilian diet lasts for 4 weeks and you may lose up to 26 pounds. Projected supplies are mainly fruits and vegetables, you should have 4-5 meals a day, so the meal plan can be relatively easy to implement in practice, though with certain disclaimers and great persistence.
The meal plan for 7 days :
Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 cup orange juice
Snack: 1 cup orange juice and 1 slice toast (rusk)
Lunch: 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of salad from fresh vegetables
Dinner: same as lunch
Before bed: 1 small piece of toast, 1 cup orange juice
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 cup apple juice
Snack: 1 small piece of toast, 1 cup apple juice
Lunch: 2 boiled potatoes, 100 grams of boiled meat, 4 lettuce leaves
Dinner: 200 grams. boiled fish, 1 boiled egg, lettuce, peas (preferably fresh, if not – then canned)
Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 1 toast.
